I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and had many extras, but despite requesting, my room was never made up daily. The location was super excellent with everything at your doorstep, but there were issues related to the size of the room, as clearly stated in advance.

The service was excellent overall, with staff looking after us well and even a nice personal touch from Mark Fuller. The location was perfect, walking distance to most attractions. The dining experience, however, was average overall. The facilities were modern and well-kept.
